This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement to align product functionalities with customer goals.
• Develop and implement advanced onboarding and adoption strategies to enhance customer value and product utilization.
• Identify and engage with at-risk accounts by leveraging strong discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risks and steer them back to success.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to achieve customer milestones.
• Provide an exceptional experience that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden customer relationships through value discovery and strategic discussions.
• 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing position.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while generating measurable results.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models.
• Understanding of Autodesk customer industries (AEC, MFG, M&E).
