This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences by proactively fostering relationships that cater to both the business and individual needs of our clients.
• Be knowledgeable about IGS sustainability initiatives and the advantages of green energy.
• Effectively inform customers about all IGS residential commodity and warranty markets, along with related products and services, using this knowledge to enhance sales and retention.
• Conduct proactive consultative analysis to identify and leverage opportunities to support our various business lines through up-selling and cross-selling discussions.
• Meet all customer experience, retention, and sales benchmarks established for the department by delivering tailored solutions and product education to customers while adhering to set departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Navigate through systems, procedures, and other resources to deliver precise and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers in establishing new services, processing payments, and arranging payment plans while managing sensitive customer data.
• Provide necessary follow-up on customer inquiries to ensure resolutions meet customer satisfaction and fulfill all internal criteria.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent customer experience and conversational abilities.
• Ability to identify and effectively address customer objections.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently while adhering to a predetermined weekly schedule.
• Genuine eagerness to grow and learn, open to feedback, and able to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Basic familiarity with Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer.
