This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in live customer calls, particularly for new accounts that require prompt onboarding or setup assistance.
• Assist customers through technical processes such as CRM integration walkthroughs, field mapping, enrichment workflows, and lead routing logic.
• Conduct ad hoc onboarding sessions or “office hours” to help customers overcome obstacles in real-time.
• Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) by addressing the technical components of implementation.
• Configure Popl for specific customer needs that involve customized workflows or data logic.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable setup recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Integrations Program Manager to provide real-time customer feedback and identify edge-case patterns.
• Serve as an internal resource for colleagues requiring assistance with technical topics or product configurations.
• Engage in cross-functional training sessions to enhance knowledge across the wider Customer Experience (CX) and Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing position (Solutions Engineering, Implementation, RevOps, Technical CSM).
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and HR systems like Azure Active Directory, Workday, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the capability to communicate workflows effectively with non-technical users.
• A highly independent worker who is also collaborative—able to work seamlessly across Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Quick to engage in live calls, proactive in resolving issues, and confident in managing the implementation process.
• Nice to Haves: Familiarity with Zapier, basic experience with APIs, JSON, or field-level CRM structures, and experience supporting sales or marketing technology stacks in startup environments.
