This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the technical onboarding process from post-sale to production readiness.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for customer engineering teams.
• Provide guidance on architecture, best practices, and long-term platform adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical and production challenges.
• Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and offer technical guidance.
• Identify potential adoption risks and actively drive successful outcomes.
• Work closely with Account Managers to support strategic accounts and explore expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate across Presales, Support, Product, and Engineering to enhance the customer experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience engaging directly with technical stakeholders, including engineers and architects.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Confident in leading technical discussions, onboarding sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in production environments.
• Demonstrates a high ownership mindset with sound judgement and initiative.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments that prioritize impact over bureaucracy.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
