This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver accurate information to customers regarding our products, services, and policies.
• Effectively identify and address customer concerns, including processing returns and exchanges when necessary.
• Keep customer records updated and maintain account information within the CRM system.
• Refer complicated issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product details and company policies.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position, ideally in customer service or support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to resolve conflicts and manage difficult situations with composure.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software.
• Self-driven and capable of working effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
