This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist cruise clients and coordinate with suppliers to handle bookings, modifications, and requests.
• Oversee daily client interactions through phone and email communication.
• Manage changes related to flights, transfers, hotels, and cruise reservations.
• Review all paperwork to ensure precision and completeness.
• Provide support to the Customer Care Manager and Sales Manager with daily operations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective problem resolution.
• Collect and leverage customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Assist with website updates and various administrative duties, including billing and document management.
• Fluent English (essential): Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
• Proven customer service experience (essential): Prior experience in a customer-facing position is required.
• Strong initiative: Capability to work autonomously, take charge of tasks, and proactively seek solutions.
• Quick thinking: Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced setting and able to think swiftly when addressing client requests or challenges.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
