This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Act as the main contact for client inquiries related to insurance coverage, billing issues, policy modifications, premium adjustments, and renewals.
• Offer clear and precise explanations to assist clients in comprehending their policies and the options available to them.
• Provide professional, friendly, and prompt customer service through phone, email, and digital communication platforms.
• Accurately process policy updates, endorsements, and renewals.
• Review changes in premiums and aid in policy analysis.
• Assist producers and agents with administrative tasks related to policies.
• Work collaboratively with agents, producers, underwriters, and account executives.
• Perform policy reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• At least 2+ years of experience in customer support.
• Experience in insurance support.
• Background in administrative support.
• Experience in client-facing service roles.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote work setting.
