Customer Services Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries concerning:

• Insurance coverage

• Billing inquiries

• Policy modifications

• Changes in premiums

• Policy renewals

• Provide clear and precise explanations to assist clients in understanding their policies and the options available to them

• Offer professional, friendly, and prompt customer service through phone, email, and digital communication channels

• Accurately process policy updates, endorsements, and renewals

• Review changes in premiums and provide assistance with policy analysis

• Navigate insurance carrier rating systems and platforms

• Support producers and agents with administrative tasks related to policies

• Ensure that policy documentation is well-organized, current, and compliant

• Help clients compile necessary documentation for claims processing

• Coordinate with adjusters and internal teams to facilitate timely claim resolution

• Maintain organized records of claims, policy documents, and customer interactions

• Conduct policy reviews to confirm the accuracy and completeness of documentation

• Keep digital files and customer records organized

• Collaborate with:

• Agents

• Producers

• Underwriters

• Account executives

• Stay informed about:

• Carrier guidelines

• Industry standards

• New insurance products

• Changes in policies

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in:

• Customer support

• Insurance support

• Administrative support

• Client-facing service roles

• Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Strong abilities in follow-up and problem-solving

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities

• Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including:

• Microsoft Word

• Excel

• PowerPoint

• Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
