This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• You will serve as the primary contact for customer and client inquiries.
• Respond to questions from retailers, merchants, and shop owners concerning their POS systems.
• Identify and resolve issues, steering customers toward their desired solutions.
• Address problems swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Aim for excellence in every customer interaction, encouraging increased product usage and loyalty.
• Dedicate yourself to achieving both personal and team objectives.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus.
• Outstanding communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving approach.
• Knowledge of Android OS, advanced computer skills, and a readiness to learn.
• Exhibit true ownership and a strong team-oriented mindset.
