
Customer Service Support, Native Swiss German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Build a foundation of trust with every customer who reaches out to us, embodying the company's values.
• Deliver first-level assistance on domains, email, hosting, dedicated and virtual servers, as well as website creation tools. Ensure the customer’s inquiries are thoroughly addressed.
• Identify customer needs and provide guidance on purchasing new products.
• Maintain a commercial mindset.
• Follow up with customers requiring support and technical help via email, chat, and/or phone.
• Forward inquiries that cannot be resolved to the second-level support team.
• Proficiency in Swiss-German is essential.
• English skills are also welcome; knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or helpdesk is preferred. If lacking experience, related studies and a strong customer-focused attitude are necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
