This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead a team of Customer Service representatives, overseeing their performance against key metrics while fostering their professional and personal development.
• Supervise specific tasks within the department as needed, including tracking essential metrics and organizing meetings.
• Partner with sales leadership to strengthen our collaboration and improve results with wholesale accounts.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new team members.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a wholesale/B2B setting.
• Capacity to respond to and resolve issues with a proactive mindset and urgency.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP or a comparable enterprise ERP system.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including x-lookups, formulas, and pivot tables.
