This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, or chat to customers who speak Italian.
• Address inquiries related to products, services, warranties, and technical assistance.
• Offer efficient, professional, and effective solutions to customer needs.
• Accurately record and manage interactions with customers.
• Serve as a genuine brand ambassador, upholding the company's prestige and values.
• Proficiency in Italian at C1 level (native or near-native).
• Proficiency in English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset.
• Competent computer skills and the ability to adapt to various tools and platforms.
• Openness to relocating to Greece if not already living there.
