This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, or chat to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Address inquiries regarding products, services, warranties, and technical assistance.
• Deliver effective, professional, and efficient solutions to customer issues.
• Thoroughly document and manage interactions with customers.
• Serve as a genuine brand ambassador, upholding the prestige and values of a globally recognized automotive company.
• Proficiency in Dutch at C2 level (native or near-native speaker).
• Proficiency in English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Competent computer skills and adaptability to various tools and platforms.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if not currently residing there (relocation fully supported).
