This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Deliver outstanding customer support and care to organizations within the healthcare sector.
• Manage incoming customer support calls from care organizations utilizing medicine dispensing robots and the associated administrative system (Telecare system).
• Offer high-quality guidance to customers regarding inquiries about using and refilling robots, managing alarms, and navigating the Telecare system.
• Execute remote corrections and address other alarms within the background system.
• Escalate potential issues to tier 2 when they cannot be resolved at the initial level.
• Organize and prioritize tasks and assignments effectively.
• Record each call with pertinent and necessary information.
• Candidates must hold at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field, or possess relevant experience.
• A strong desire to create an excellent customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with a technical mindset to address remote corrections.
• Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical details into layman's terms.
• A high degree of empathy is essential, as you will be addressing issues in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify issues and deliver comprehensive solutions on the first contact.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and the language pertinent to the supporting market.
• Valid EU passport or Working Visa is required.
