This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from your secured home office environment.
• Assist patients in scheduling their healthcare appointments.
• Maintain a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Communicate effectively with customers through phone calls, emails, or live chat.
• Execute repetitive tasks with a keen attention to detail.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Capability to stay in a stationary position for extended durations while using a computer.
• Proficient in effective communication with customers via phone, email, or live chat.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, including typing, with meticulous attention to detail.
• High-speed DSL or cable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 MB and upload speed of 2 MB.
• A dedicated home office area that is free from distractions.
• A personal desktop computer operating a licensed version of Windows 10 or higher, equipped with 8 GB of RAM.
• A minimum 19″ flat panel monitor.
• A webcam for purposes of training, compliance, and collaboration.
• A wired internet connection (wireless connections are not allowed).
• A USB headset featuring noise and echo cancellation for VOIP communications.
• A modern mobile phone (iOS or Android) available for multi-factor authentication.
