This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or live chat.
• Address customer complaints and service challenges with professionalism and promptness.
• Maintain elevated levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening and communicating clearly.
• Provide precise information about products, services, and policies.
• Ensure timely documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve service-related issues.
• Monitor service needs and follow up until complete resolution is achieved.
• Assist customers across various industries with a range of needs.
• Achieve or surpass service-level targets, including response time, first-contact resolution, and satisfaction scores.
• Comply with established customer service protocols and company policies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing positions such as call centers, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer service tone.
• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Experience utilizing phones, email, or live chat for customer support.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong grasp of service etiquette and professional communication standards.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as response time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools or platforms is a plus.
