This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide inbound customer service assistance for inquiries specific to clients.
β’ Help resolve account-related issues, fraud concerns, and offer general support.
β’ Ensure delivery of precise, confidential services while achieving performance targets.
β’ Participate in certification training and uphold service quality standards.
β’ A personal computer with the following specifications: Windows 10 or 11 PC equipped with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, and 8 GB RAM.
β’ A hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
β’ A USB headset that provides phone-quality audio.
β’ A hardwired keyboard and mouse.
β’ A smartphone for security verification purposes.
β’ A hardwired telephone may be necessary for certain programs.
β’ Starting pay ranges from $10.00 to $18.00 per hour.
