This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with hotel bookings, reservations, and inquiries related to travel.
• Address customer issues swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions to enhance service quality continuously.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about Booking.com services and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• You are required to clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your application.
• You should be willing to reside and work in Greece.
