This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage customer interactions through a variety of communication channels, such as phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Deliver precise and comprehensive information in response to customer inquiries, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
• Address incoming customer requests and accurately capture relevant case details in the designated systems.
• Provide inbound sales assistance and promote products to enhance revenue while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Record and monitor orders or requests, ensuring all required data elements are logged in the CRM as dictated by clients, policies, and products.
• Oversee a personal queue of service tickets, prioritize tasks, and follow directives from supervisors.
• Provide insights to enhance service processes and contribute to the sharing of team knowledge.
• Native or fluent in Italian, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles with the capability to adhere to standard procedures.
• Quick to learn new software and technologies.
• Prior experience in sales is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
