Customer Service & Sales Representative, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage customer communications across various channels, such as phone, email, live chat, and social media.

• Deliver precise and comprehensive information in response to customer inquiries, adhering to established company guidelines and procedures.

• Address incoming customer requests and meticulously document relevant case information in the designated systems.

• Provide support for inbound sales and promote products to enhance revenue while guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Record and track orders or requests, ensuring all necessary data elements are captured in the CRM as required by clients, policies, and products.

• Oversee a personal queue of service tickets, prioritize tasks effectively, and follow the guidance of supervisors.

• Offer constructive feedback to enhance service processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in German, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).

• Basic understanding of customer service principles with the ability to adhere to standard procedures.

• Capability to quickly learn new software and technologies.

• Previous sales experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic or fast-paced support environment.
