This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• In the role of a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will manage incoming calls related to HVAC warranty inquiries while also offering general customer service and call triage support.
• This position acts as the initial point of contact for customers, accurately assessing their needs, addressing warranty-related inquiries when possible, and directing calls to the appropriate department for further assistance when necessary.
• Confirm customer information, warranty eligibility, and service specifics.
• Deliver clear and professional explanations regarding HVAC warranty procedures, timelines, and subsequent steps.
• Conduct customer service triage, determining the nature of each call and directing customers to the correct department (e.g., technical support, dispatch, claims, billing).
• Precisely document call details, actions taken, and transfers in internal systems.
• Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
• Adhere to established call handling procedures, scripts, and compliance protocols.
• Achieve or surpass quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
• Escalate complex or urgent matters following defined protocols.
• Work from Home Requirement - We will supply the computer and equipment necessary for this role.
• High-speed Internet via wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot connections are not permitted.
• Upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
• Internet providers must be highly reliable with 1% or less packet loss.
• An available cell phone or tablet with minimum system requirements of Android 8.0 or later, or iOS 14 or later, is required, and the Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) application must be installed as mandated by Qualfon IT.
• Residency in Texas is mandatory.
