This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Greet customers as they arrive to ensure a pleasant return experience.
• Assess rental vehicles for any damages and document findings accordingly.
• Accurately finalize return transactions and inform customers about their final rental charges.
• Recommend additional SIXT products and services when appropriate.
• Identify and label vehicles that require maintenance.
• Operate in various weather conditions and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Experience in sales, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Basic skills in computer navigation are required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
