This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Address customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide assistance to clients concerning property-related queries, reservations, and general information
• Efficiently manage and resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive experience
• Keep client records updated in CRM systems
• Monitor inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to guarantee timely resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams regarding property listings, availability, and updates
• Escalate complex or urgent matters as needed
• Maintain precise logs of all customer interactions
• Assist with administrative tasks related to client management and documentation
• Over 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Virtual Assistant, or a comparable role (candidates with 1 year of experience are also encouraged to apply)
• Demonstrated experience in managing email, chat, and phone support
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support tools
• Capacity to multitask and effectively manage time in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
