Customer Service Representative – Utility Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to renter customers regarding utility orders and the options available to them.

• Engage with renters through phone, text, and email communications.

• Conduct follow-ups with renters and utility providers via phone calls.

• Offer support for additional client activities as necessary.
