This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist customers who are renting by helping them place utility orders.
• Provide explanations of available utility options to renters.
• Engage with renters through phone, text, and email communication.
• Conduct outgoing calls to follow up with renters.
• Offer support to clients and the expanding team with various additional activities.
• Proficient in English.
