This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Assist our esteemed Swiss client in the food sector.
• Deliver professional customer support for a variety of inquiries and challenges.
• Serve as the initial point of contact — especially as a coffee expert.
• Proficiency in Swiss German at a minimum C1 level; English at B1 level is a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities, dependability, and dedication.
• Openness to learning and capability to collaborate within a team.
• Proficient computer skills.
• A stable home internet connection — Download speed of 10 Mbps; Upload speed of 5 Mbps (routers with external antennas and 5G routers are not permitted).
• Permanent full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross plus a hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day).
• Transportation allowance of 60 KM net.
• Full-time contract effective from the first day of training.
• Paid 4-week training at our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport, and all expenses covered by TP B&H.
• Potential to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross.
• Extra compensation for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime.
