Customer Service Representative, Swimming Pool and Spa Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide expert customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions (including pool chemistry, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting).

• Generate precise quotes for pool packages, equipment upgrades, liners, and parts.

• Enhance sales by upselling chemicals, parts, and maintenance equipment.

• Conduct water testing and offer chemical treatment recommendations.

• Manage order processing and collaborate with service and delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience in the swimming pool and spa sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of pool chemicals, water balancing, and equipment/parts.

• Demonstrated sales proficiency with experience in quoting and closing deals.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Capacity to rapidly learn POS systems, quoting tools, and water testing methodologies.
