This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Manage a large volume of live chat interactions and support tickets across designated language queues.
• Assess and understand customer needs to provide satisfying and prompt resolutions.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and thorough information regarding platform features, products, and processes.
• Address complaints by offering appropriate solutions and options within specified timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist in gathering feedback for workflow and product enhancements, including the performance of AI bots, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal tools.
• Engage in the validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs as necessary.
• Go above and beyond to connect with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Over 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills and capability to address moderately technical customer inquiries.
• Outstanding written communication skills and effective active listening abilities.
• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-driven tools or chatbots is essential.
• Practical experience with bot validation, testing, or quality review of SOPs/tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector is a significant plus.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
