This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Respond to incoming calls and help members with inquiries related to AAA memberships.
• Provide tailored, proactive solutions and suggest valuable products and services.
• Interact with members using excellent communication skills and a friendly, problem-solving approach.
• Quickly and critically analyze situations to resolve issues in a non-scripted environment.
• Use multiple systems and tools while actively listening and managing several tasks simultaneously.
• Uphold a positive, can-do attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Engage in continuous coaching and development to enhance your performance consistently.
• Previous experience in customer service (recent call center experience is preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Capability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time.
• A flexible, proactive mindset and readiness to embrace change.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must live within 80 miles of our Houston Branch office located at 8508 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095.
