This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and support tickets within designated language queues.
• Assess and understand customers' needs to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution.
• Deliver precise, valid, and thorough information regarding platform features, products, and processes.
• Address complaints by providing appropriate solutions and options within specified timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist in gathering feedback for workflow and product enhancements, including AI bot performance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal tools.
• Engage in the validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs as required.
• Go above and beyond to engage customers and provide a top-tier experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leaders.
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills with the capability to address moderately technical customer inquiries.
• Outstanding written communication skills coupled with active listening abilities.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots (required).
• Practical experience in bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality reviews is a plus.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English and Slovenian.
• Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
