This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and support inquiries within designated language queues.
• Assess and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution.
• Deliver precise, valid, and thorough information regarding platform features, products, and procedures.
• Address complaints by providing suitable solutions and options within established timeframes, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist in gathering feedback for workflow and product enhancements, focusing on AI bot performance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal tools.
• Engage in the validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs as required.
• Go above and beyond to connect with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills with the capability to handle moderately technical customer inquiries.
• Outstanding written communication skills along with excellent active listening abilities.
• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and effectively managing time.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and experience with AI-powered tools or chatbots (mandatory).
• Practical experience in bot validation, testing, or quality review of SOPs/tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in both English and Slovak.
• Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
