This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Act as the primary point of contact via phone, ensuring effective call management and professional communication.
• Investigate and determine suitable solutions to address customer inquiries or issues.
• Function as the initial contact for business partners or clients, assisting them with questions related to products, services, or account management.
• Deliver precise and comprehensive information utilizing the appropriate tools, systems, and procedures.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and enhance the overall experience for customers or partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues efficiently.
• Fluent/native Romanian speaker with strong competencies in both written and verbal communication.
• Good command of the English language.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to apply product or service knowledge effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and customer service tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote work).
• Must be eligible to work in Greece (must already be based in Greece).
