This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and incoming emails.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and thorough information to customers.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Assist other departments with customer interactions and accurately document customer inquiries.
• Address complaints and provide appropriate solutions and options within designated timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Go above and beyond to engage and satisfy customers.
• Possess a college degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and advanced English is essential for effective coordination with partners and stakeholders.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within the finance or e-commerce sectors.
• Exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• High level of honesty and integrity; proactive, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and consistently exceed expectations.
