This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Establish a customer-focused team culture that aligns with corporate strategy and prioritizes delivering exceptional customer service.
• Formulate a strategic mission for customer service and develop a comprehensive training program.
• Assess the quality of customer service within the company and define performance standards.
• Manage inbound calls: address missed calls, handle lead/customer inquiries, and process tickets.
• Provide assistance to users and respond to their inquiries.
• Keep abreast of application updates.
• Guide the team through new features in the application.
• Replicate bugs for troubleshooting.
• Test new features prior to deployment.
• Generate documentation as needed.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an IT company is required.
• Proficiency in Polish, English, and Russian is essential.
• Strong capability to teach, engage, and lead in a remote work setting.
• Ability to design practices, processes, and procedures that facilitate distance training.
• Capable of providing clear and impartial feedback.
• Well-organized and methodical in work layout.
• Understanding of computers, networks, and CRM software.
• Quick learner of new industry, product, or technical knowledge.
• Timely updates to procedures are a must.
• Flexibility in scheduling is required.
• A university degree is preferred but not mandatory.
