This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Respond to incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Initiate outbound calls to clients, internal teams, and various departments
• Effectively handle a large volume of calls and email communications
• Organize and schedule field events, including appointments with technicians, clients, and homeowners
• Provide outstanding customer service while nurturing strong client relationships
• Employ professional de-escalation techniques to address complex client issues
• Precisely document project notes, client interactions, and data in internal systems
• Prepare and secure necessary work authorizations and documentation
• Maintain organized files and perform additional administrative duties as required
• Schedule meetings, monitor action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders
• Oversee project timelines and assist in eliminating obstacles for clients and internal teams
• Rapidly learn and adapt to new software platforms and CRM systems
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
• Strong experience managing both inbound and outbound customer communications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in de-escalation and customer management techniques
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or equivalent
• Familiarity with project management and CRM software tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable navigating various systems and quickly learning new technologies
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, and accurate data entry
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a remote setting
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
