
Customer Service Representative – Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Make 175 or more outbound calls daily to customers regarding their upcoming or overdue vehicle services.
• Leave professional voicemails and send follow-up texts and emails to enhance customer engagement.
• Adhere to structured daily call campaigns that include service reminders, state inspections, and promotional offers.
• Address basic customer inquiries and appropriately route more complex questions after receiving training.
• Utilize Xtime to schedule service appointments when customers respond and confirm their availability.
• Accurately log all customer interactions in the Tekion CRM system consistently.
• Keep customer records clean and up-to-date across all touchpoints.
• Conduct all calls using the Elevate VoIP system.
• Follow scripts and communication standards in every interaction.
• Ensure professional, clear, and friendly communication with all customers.
• Fluent and clear English with a neutral or US-friendly accent; excellent spoken English is a must.
• Prior call center experience, particularly in outbound calling, is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of repetitive outbound calls consistently throughout the day.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software, including Elevate, Xtime, and Tekion.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet work environment.
• Available to work full-time Monday through Friday during US Eastern Time hours.
• Disciplined, consistent, and detail-oriented with a strong capacity for follow-through.
