Customer Service Representative – Online Check-Out

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing support to customers from the moment they place their online order until verification.

• Collaborate closely with team members from various departments to investigate the current status of orders and ensure the seamless delivery of our vehicles.

• Keep a constant overview of pending tasks and assist in establishing team priorities.

• Strive to guarantee that customers receive their new vehicle as swiftly as possible, delivered directly to their doorstep via our innovative Glass Truck!

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess initial experience in private customer support, enjoy engaging in phone and chat communication, and have a strong passion for customer service.

• You exhibit excellent time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks at once while prioritizing effectively.

• You are a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a quick ability to absorb new information.

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken — proficiency in English is an added advantage — and confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are required.

• Proficiency in touch typing (10-finger system) and several years of remote work experience are beneficial.
