This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide assistance to members regarding their AAA memberships.
• Offer tailored, proactive solutions and suggest beneficial products and services.
• Interact with members using effective communication and a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Quickly and critically assess situations to resolve issues—this role does not follow a scripted format.
• Utilize various systems and tools while actively listening and managing multiple tasks.
• Uphold a positive, proactive attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Engage in continuous coaching and development to consistently improve your performance.
• Previous experience in customer service (recent call center experience is preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
• Capability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.
• A flexible, positive mindset with a readiness to adapt to changes.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
