This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers concerning vehicle service appointments, updates on service status, and general inquiries about the dealership.
• Ensure professional, clear, and friendly communication during every interaction.
• Accurately address customer questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Consistently manage a high volume of calls throughout the day while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Utilize Xtime to schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments based on the needs and availability of customers.
• Accurately and consistently log all customer interactions in the Tekion CRM.
• Keep records across all customer touchpoints clean and up-to-date.
• Handle all incoming calls using the Elevate VoIP system.
• Adhere to communication standards and dealership scripts in every interaction.
• Send follow-up texts or emails to customers as necessary to confirm appointments or provide service updates.
• Proficient in clear English with a neutral or US-friendly accent; excellent spoken English is required.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a strong preference for inbound experience.
• Comfortable managing a consistently high call volume throughout the workday.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software, including Elevate, Xtime, and Tekion.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Available for full-time work Monday through Friday during US Eastern Time hours.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Experience in a car dealership or vehicle service environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Elevate VoIP, Xtime, or Tekion CRM is beneficial.
• Experience in managing inbound calls or scheduling appointments in a service context is a plus.
• Compensation in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).
