This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Foster positive customer interactions both via phone and face-to-face.
• Collect information from customers to assist in identifying and resolving issues.
• Confirm, schedule, and adjust services for the customer as necessary.
• Arrange sales appointments for prospective customers.
• Address billing inquiries effectively.
• Perform general clerical tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with the Service and Sales teams.
• Promote the value of our services and recommend service upgrades.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor while communicating on the phone.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Exhibit exceptional listening and communication abilities.
• Have a pleasant telephone voice with the ability to articulate clearly and be easily understood.
• Show proficiency in multitasking to accurately input data while conversing with customers.
• Maintain composure and assist other team members when under pressure.
• Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
