This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for responding to routine inquiries and issues regarding products and services from both internal and external customers.
• Efficiently addresses inquiries or escalates issues promptly.
• Executes a variety of support tasks to aid departmental processes.
• Adheres to well-defined procedures to fulfill daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Applies existing procedures to resolve basic problems without the frequent need for discretion.
• Utilizes fundamental communication skills to engage with internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Functions as an individual contributor under direct supervision with limited autonomy.
• Undertakes all other responsibilities assigned by management.
• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Generally requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
