This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for addressing routine inquiries and issues regarding products and services from both internal and external clients.
• Efficiently resolves questions or escalates issues promptly.
• Conducts a variety of support functions to facilitate departmental processes.
• Adheres to clearly outlined procedures to accomplish daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Applies established procedures to resolve straightforward problems without needing to consistently apply discretion.
• Utilizes basic communication skills to engage with internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Functions as an individual contributor under direct supervision with minimal autonomy.
• Undertakes all other tasks as assigned by management.
• High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Generally requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
