This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to phone inquiries, manage email correspondence, and handle ticketing processes.
• Schedule appointments using CRM software, coordinate technician dispatch, and follow up with clients.
• Obtain permits, oversee business licenses, generate estimates/quotes, prepare job orders, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors.
• Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to foster customer engagement.
• Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative in either B2C or B2B environments.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience within the HVAC industry.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).
• Strong abilities in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
• Solid organizational skills and effective time management.
• Technologically adept and familiar with current technology trends.
• Proficient in using online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive and self-assured with a strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.
• Technical Requirements:

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
