This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct precise data entry, which includes filling out intake forms and arranging appointments.
• Reach out to patients to gather missing details or to request further documentation.
• Upload patient data to the RX portal and manage the coordination of medication submissions.
• Provide patients with shipment tracking numbers after their medications are sent out.
• Manage patient interactions, addressing FAQs, feedback, concerns, and general inquiries.
• Ensure timely follow-ups while maintaining clear and professional communication with patients and internal teams.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative in either a B2C or B2B setting.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
• Proficient in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
• Experience with word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledgeable in using online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive and self-assured, with a keen eye for detail.
