
Customer Service Representative, Greek – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Manage a high volume of live chat and support tickets within designated language queues.
• Assess and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution.
• Offer precise, valid, and comprehensive information regarding platform features, products, and processes.
• Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and options within established timeframes, while following up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist in gathering feedback for workflow and product enhancements, including AI bot performance, standard operating procedures, and internal tools.
• Engage in the validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs as required.
• Go above and beyond to engage customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to manage moderately technical customer inquiries.
• Outstanding written communication abilities and effective active listening skills.
• Capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots is required.
• Practical experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality reviews is an advantage.
• Understanding of the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant plus.
• Proficient in both English and Greek.
• Open to working weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
