This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +24 more states.
• Engage with your neighbors to discuss the services that can assist them in their circumstances.
• Offer optimal solutions to their needs through various communication methods, including voice, email, or chat.
• Address customer inquiries with attentive listening.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and patience.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Must be a US citizen due to requirements for US government assignments.
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum of 25 mbps).
• Either a USB wired headset or other compatible devices for daily login.
• A smartphone or compatible device running iOS or Android (such as an iPad) for daily login.
• A base pay of $17.75 per hour, along with an additional $5.09 per hour for the first 40 hours in place of health benefits for this temporary position.
