This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will facilitate the seamless daily operation of our services by offering support via telephone and email.
• You will work scheduled shifts, with additional bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or designated holidays.
• You will ensure that our drivers and passengers feel supported at all times and assist them with their inquiries or concerns.
• You will focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that all issues are addressed effectively.
• You will have ample opportunities to expand your tasks and responsibilities, which may lead to increased compensation if you choose to do so.
• You are fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
• You possess strong communication skills and can consistently find the appropriate tone in various contexts.
• You enjoy providing advice and support over the phone.
• You maintain composure in stressful situations and can devise creative solutions on the spot.
• Even if you lack experience as a call center employee, you are eager to learn and committed to delivering exceptional service.
