Customer Service Representative, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming customer inquiries primarily over the phone while ensuring a professional customer experience.

• Addressing written customer inquiries during available service hours.

• Assisting with the scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments related to installation services.

• Providing first-level support for basic questions regarding smoke detectors (no technical expertise needed).

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and clarifying invoice items.

• Helping customers with questions related to the customer portal.

• Coordinating appointments for meter readings.

• General management of service-related customer inquiries.

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service without engaging in sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at a native or fluent level (C1/C2) in both spoken and written forms.

• Initial experience in telephone customer service or a strong motivation for inbound customer support.

• Reliable internet connection and power supply for remote work (speed test required).

• Confident in using a PC and digital communication tools.

• Patient, service-oriented individual with clear and structured communication skills.

• Dependable work ethic and quick learning ability.

• Willingness to manage written customer inquiries as well.

• Interest in a long-term role within customer service (no interest in sales projects).
