This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
β’ Serve as the initial point of contact for customers of a prestigious consumer brand.
β’ Address inquiries through phone, email, or chat in German, delivering exceptional service.
β’ Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and efficiency.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams to swiftly address and resolve concerns.

β’ Proficiency in German (C2 level) β both written and spoken.
β’ Good command of English (B2 level) to engage with training and internal systems.
β’ Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
β’ A team-oriented attitude with a strong customer-first approach.
β’ EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
β’ Relocation Support (two options): All expenses covered β including flight, hotel accommodations, and real estate agency fees.
