This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and phone calls.
• Assess and understand customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and thorough information.
• Address complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions and options within specified timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• **Proficient in both English and German**.
• **Available to work on weekends and during irregular hours, including night shifts**.
• Strong IT skills for professional use, capable of addressing somewhat technical inquiries from customers.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong listening abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and control time efficiently.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant advantage.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
